Coincidence

All my predicates are ghosts.

I guess what I mean by that is that I've done everything I was supposed to do. Maybe the one thing I had attempted, I didn't exactly attempt hard enough, or maybe I wasn't ready. Either way, it seems as though, the more life you live, it seems like there is less and less coincidence, and more and more purpose. Purpose, being that you may read something for a split second, but for the days that follow it sticks in your head until it some how impacts your life profoundly.

Or maybe you meet someone, and that meeting presents a crossroads of what to do with that initial acquaintance. You could either keep them as an acquaintance and go about your life with minor influence. Or you could let them in to have an effect on your being, thus having an effect on their life as well. Things so simple can cause the spin of your percieved direction to go off axis. Not always, but sometimes. It depends on who you meet.

It could be that you've got all the friends you could ever want, and maybe even some that you don't, but at some point you meet one more ultra-compatible person to your own self who makes you a richer person, who can offer a mirror to your own image in a way that makes you know yourself better.

Those type are probably the scariest most amazing people in the world.

i think that if you really want to, you can see your own image in every person you meet. which, yes...i guess denotes purpose...which i've thought about a lot in this last year.

don't rule out coincidence as important, though. that's the magic part of life. coincidence affects purpose and purpose affects coincidence in the most amazing way.

i swear i'm not on drugs while writing this comment.
